Description of function

• The ETK is used to destroy a thermo bulb in the valve-series TA3 (TA3-H, TAVE3-H, TAVZ3-H).

• When the operating voltage is applied to the ETK, releases the tappet and drives its stroke of 10mm.

• After releasing the tappet can be pushed back into its initial position, whereby the internal spring get tensioned.

Mounting / technical details

• Before mounting check the scope of supply, check for transport damages and perform the commissioning.

• The ETK is screwed all the way into the designated hole in bracket of temperature valve.

• The connection of the ETK to the control is via the terminal.

• Dimensioning and connection of the lead should be performed by a qualified electric company. Take care of technical data.

• The ETK is suitable for connection to K+G / Grasl – control centres.

• When controlling by third-party control centres or other power supplies, check them for control compatibility.

Commissioning

1. Make the ETK de-energized.

2. Push the tappet all the way in.

3. The ETK is ready now. (After a releasing is the procedure to repeat)

Maintenance

• In the course of the yearly maintenance, the ETK is to inspect of visible damages, corrosion and make a check of fixture and wiring.

Disposal

• The product is made of electronic components, cables, steel, nonferrous metals and plastic. The national valid regulations regarding to these substances are observed during disposal.
